Artists Wanted "Art Takes Times Square" June 18,2012 7pm -11pm

Times Square, New York City,NY will display my paper sculpture portfolio on the giant LED billboards along with many other semi finalists. The number of entrants numbered 60,000 world wide.

My paper sculpture, "Tamid" has won the Art Craft Award at the Rosen Museum Gallery  Juried Biennial 2012. The gallery is located at 9801 Donna Klein Blvd., Boca Raton, Florida. The exhibit will run through April 15,2012.

My sculpture, "Reveal" has won an Award o f Merit at The Highland Beach Library Gallery, 3618 S. Ocean Blvd., Highland Beach, Florida.  Another sculpture,"Palm" is also displayed as part of the Women in the Visual Arts exhibition "Artistic Adventures."

My art is on exhibit at the following Florida art galleries:

Rossetti Gallery, Pompano Beach, FL - Jan.17-Feb.8

My sculpture, "Sea Flower", has won Best in Show at the Delray Beach, Fl outdoor exhibit, "On the Ave." Dec.1,2011

Gallery 101, "Art Fort Lauderdale" juried exhibit. Ft. Lauderdale, Fl has awarded me 3rd place for my sculpture, "Caress." 

Prior to these two wins I also received a Merit Award from the Rosetti Gallery "Equinox exhibit in Pompano Beach, Fl on Sept. 7, 2011.

Tuesday, June 22, 2010 was the opening of the Boca Raton Museum of Art 2010 Biennial Artist Guild Exhibition. I am honored to part of the Artist Guild as a Signature Member and now have the special distinction of winning First Place at the Boca Raton Museum's Biennial Exhibition. There is nothing greater than being validated for your work, especially when you are surrounded by such fine art created by such remarkable artists.

I have just established this new site for the exhibition of my "Zhe Zhi" modular paper sculptures. Comments and questions are welcome. Sharing art ideas enriches us all. I will post new work as it is completed.  My sculptures take some time to create. They are usually worth waiting for. Check back often and share the site with as many as you like.
